Which printhead is good for UV printer?

Printheads are the heart of the printer. If the printhead works fine for application then printer is fine.
I examined for the printheads and uv printer applications as listed:

1.Xaar Proton: 35pl printhead which Neolt( www.neolt.it) is using is for roll2 roll paper pritn UV production as entry level is good. But high quality or high speed should not be expected.

2.Konica Minolta 14pl: Most of high quality printers using this printhead like Sun (www.sun-nsk.com) slow but nice print, Gerber, most of chinese, Grapo (www.grapho.com) .. This printhead very nice droplets however speed is limited ,there should be many printhead for printer speed up.It also cost a lot.

3.Ricoh Gen E4: Printhead is very stable with 382 nozzles firing variable dots ,Durst,Gandy Digital,... This printhead have higher speed and finer drops..

4.Seiko 508gs :This printhead is same as Ricoh but it is wider and nice speed.

5.Spectra Polaris :It is high speed but ink drops are not fine enough compare to Konica,Ricoh and Seiko...
I find out Some chinese manufacturer and European manufacturer Eurotechprinters (www.eurotechprinters.com) use this head.

Finding right Operator for your printer..

All we invest such a hell money for printers,and then we had face interesting problems that we dont have proper operator to operate printer conditionally.
Most of the cases, if you have good operator ,your printer and production goes smooth, if you dont have operator then you have serious cases and problems coming
I belive that in near future there should be some Academy for Digital printing operator and we should hire people from these kind of academies.
Maybe it will be little costly ,however compare the wastages,time loss,and losing customers ,it is nothing.
Education is the key of the real effective productivity.

Chinese Printer Manufacturer &..

China is the leading country in the world for manufacturing all the stuff we may need in the world.
They called World Factory for the China.
On Inkjet Digital printing market,China as market and manufacturer is also very huge.
As I got information one of ink manufacturer of China their yearly solvent ink manufacturing is 2000tonnes. And same number is for Printer manufacturer such as, Shanghai Wit-color , manufactures average 400-500 printers per month. This is totally same for other manufacturers.
I can say ,if you check chinese manufacturers There is 4 level of quality and price:
A.Top Level: Very limited company is near this level which Europe,USA and most top level printers have it. Only Teckwin is one of leading..
B.Medium A class: This level of printer is also limited which only Runjiang Flora is coming this side.
C.Medium B Class: This level most of raw materials are poor quality but frames are very nice but working conditions of printer is questionable.Infinity,Allwin,myjet,wit-color....etc. This printer is mostly preffered from customer due to cost.
D.Low quality and low price: This is very cheap printer with same specification like others but printer has serious problems such as Zhongye printers have several issues.

Beyond all , I recommend 4 European small manufacturer , Grapo from Chech Republic(http://www.grapo.com) have very nice UV printers , Neolt from Italy (www.neolt.it) have low end UV printer, Eurotechprinters from Turkey(www.eurotechprinters.com) have Superwide and wide format Solvent and Textile printers, Sun from Russia(http://ping.fm/4Wcr7) has UV printers with LED lamp for medium level customers has quiet good printers.

Sales people

Sales people always underpressure of sales therefore dont believe them ,if you are buying any printer go directly ,test it the images you known,speed you expected,maintanance you wish to see.Spend one day for it but dont spend your money.
